Each set includes a bulkhead, seal, plug, O-ring, and nut. It’s rated to 100 meters, with much deeper ratings possible depending on your specific cable. Product Description

The WetLink Penetrator JPT (short for Jacket Pass-Through) gives users the ability to route entire cables directly into a Watertight Enclosure without the need for stripping off the outer jacket. By utilizing a wider internal diameter than standard WetLink Penetrators, this is the perfect solution for coax cables and other specialized wires where the outer jacket is essential for cable functionality.

It isn’t just for cables, either! This penetrator works exceptionally well for routing rigid or flexible tubing into your enclosure, making it a great choice for buoyancy engines, water sampling systems, and custom pneumatics or fluidics.

Know Your Limits

Because this design allows the entire jacket to pass through without an internal physical step to brace against, extreme water pressure can push the outer jacket into the housing. As a result, the baseline depth rating for this penetrator is 100 meters.

However, when paired with the right cable jacket construction, much higher depth ratings of up to 950 meters are possible. Because of the variables at play, we highly recommend testing your specific cable or tubing configuration under real-world conditions to dial in your exact maximum safe depth.
