Launched in 2020, Blue Hour continues to evolve each year, celebrating ocean sustainability through art, music, and innovation. The event honors leaders in the Blue Economy with awards such as the Innovator, NextGen, and Cornerstone, and in 2025, it will spotlight pioneers in the Blue Food sector. This year’s honoree, celebrity chef Andrew Zimmern, will receive the Innovation Award from Philippe and Ashlan Cousteau, with the event featuring chef demos, ocean-inspired cuisine, artful food presentations, and live entertainment.
